AMS Performance GT-R Throttle Body to 3.0" QuickClamp Adapter Flange Set

The AMS Performance GT-R Throttle Body to 3.0" QuickClamp Adapter Flange Set is designed to integrate AMS billet throttle bodies with the AMS QuickClamp™ system, allowing a seamless connection to custom 3-inch intercooler or charge piping. Engineered for high-performance turbocharged applications, this adapter provides a secure and reliable solution for fabricating high-flow intake systems on the Nissan R35 GT-R platform.

The AMS QuickClamp™ system replaces traditional silicone couplers with a precision clamping connection that improves reliability while allowing quick removal for maintenance and service. Its articulating design allows slight movement in the piping system, helping prevent stress and piping separation under high boost conditions.

Each adapter flange is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, delivering excellent durability and strength for high-boost applications. The system has been lab and FEA tested to withstand up to 120 PSI, making it ideal for high-horsepower builds where secure intake connections are critical.
